Mulatu Astatke to Explore Ethiopia’s Influence on Classical and Modern Music in London

Ethiopian jazz musician Mulatu Astatke, who was profiled in the book Mulatu Astatke: The Making of Ethio Jazz by Abebe Zegeye, will hold a talk at the Royal Geographical Society in London, on 7 November, where he will discuss Ethiopia’s influence on Western music.
